This is an in depth, personal exploration and apprenticeship of your own bodies stress responses. Together we listen to decode the language of your autonomic nervous system and use somatic interventions to strengthen your sense of self, boundary, and safety in the lived embodied experience. These sessions are where we learn the language and practice of Somatic Experiencing.
