WELCOME TO DRAGON HEART FIT CLUB—A SPACE WHERE AGING IS A BADGE OF HONOR, STRENGTH IS CELEBRATED, AND MOVEMENT IS PURE JOY.
At Dragon Heart, we believe aging isn’t about slowing down—it’s about stepping into your power and redefining what’s possible. This isn’t your typical senior fitness program. We’re here to smash stereotypes, build confidence, and create a vibrant community where older adults can thrive, laugh, and move like the unstoppable forces they are.

When I first started in Emily’s class, I made a commitment to myself try it out for three months. I just wanted to see how it would go. More than two years later, I’m a confirmed regular, and can’t imagine my week without the movement, and the magic of this community! Emily’s teaching is so respectful of our physical conditions, and incorporates aspects of mindfulness that make the practice a true joy. It is a wonderful, and frequently hilarious way to spend three mornings a week!

This class has been a great addition to my efforts at being able to keep enjoying my life. The class is designed so that you get a lot of full body movement, helping with flexibility and joint health. In fact, I can now do things (reaching, bending over, squatting) that I couldn’t do before I started the class. I also feel less arthritic pain and looser after class. That should be enough but the real icing on the cake is Emily. She brings amazing amount of spontaneous energy and joy to the class. Even though it is entirely online she has successfully built a sense of community that I thoroughly enjoy. Because of this I have found it easy to incorporate the class into my weekly schedule.

I’ve enjoyed being a participant in this class for several years now. The class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening many different muscle groups. It also stresses fall prevention, which is important to those of use who are getting up in years. But the class is more than exercise. Emily brings to the class a joy and appreciation for our bodies and a conviction that all participants can do their best. She is very encouraging and upbeat—truly a ray of sunshine three days per week. If it sounds good, give it a try!
THE CLASS:

I wobbled into Emily’s Zoom workouts feeling weak and vulnerable to falling, and within weeks was stronger, had less pain , and the confidence to stride into adventures again. I am incredibly grateful for Emily’s cheerful patter and consistency and am a healthier and better balanced person for attending her class. She herself is a delight, as is her workout community . Absolutely love the dance party beginning- always kicks me into a happy place!

I have taken Emily’s classes 3X/week for five years. She possesses solid knowledge about staying fit as we age, and about yoga. She is also high-energy – certainly a plus for an exercise instructor, and reliable. I highly recommend Emily’s classes

I started taking classes from Emily after hip replacement surgery. I was looking for a way to continue exercising after finishing my physical therapy.
This is an evidence based fall prevention workout designed for older adults!
As we age our bodies need certain practices to ensure mobility and longevity. Our class sequence is composed of the most effective strength and balance training exercises that we know of to support mobility and independence as we age. Doc recommends we exercise a minimum of 3 days a week, let's do that together!

Skip the commute, login from home, or anywhere you are!
One of the main obstacles to a consistent exercise program is just showing up! Skip the drive or debating whether you should go out in the weather or not and simply log in from your home. Push your coffee table out of the way, lace up your sneakers and let's get this done!

I have been a member of Emily‘s exercise class for over a year. Being older, it has helped me with strength and balance. I had previously taken a couple falls. Emily makes it fun, so it’s not boring!
Jena, 75
I have been a member of numerous gyms and taken so many exercise classes over the years… but they all left me wanting something more… Emily’s class gives me that ‘something more’... she teaches a great exercise class with lots of prompts and explanations as to what the exercise accomplishes. Because Emily sprinkles in inspiration, good vibes, Emily-witticisms (ex: our bodies are like snow-globes) and music, I look forward to each session!
Claudette, 80+
I have taken both of Emily's classes since she started teaching them and have e;enjoyed them and benefited greatly from them with both agility and balance. I fell on the sidewalk one time and was able to get up by myself and walk home. Her classes are great.

This class has helped me in so many ways, not only physically but emotionally as well. I no longer feel so isolated, as Emily has created an online community of like-minded seniors who just want to work out and have fun doing it. Emily's enthusiasm is contagious and she makes me want to show up and get moving.

Emily is an inspirational teacher and this class has become a huge priority for me. It's a great workout but its so much more- fun, creative and a genuine community.
