In person yoga is back starting this August!

Hey friends! 

I am so excited to be offering a weekly in-person yoga class here in Portland Oregon starting August 7th.  I am over the moon about it. Truth be told, when everything fell apart during quarantine and the ending of Poseurs my heart was broken and my relationship to teaching yoga shifted so much I wasn't sure where I fit in- if at all. But, ya know what? I love yoga, and I love facilitating spaces like this, and I am ready to snatch back the thrash and do this!!! I hope you will join me and some other amazing yogis on Monday evenings in August and beyond. Hopeful to add more times/classes soon. :)
